At the TTW Store, we take great pride in the quality of our unique, print-on-demand products. Our commitment is to ensure that you receive items you love.

Due to the customized nature of our products and the print on demand process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we cannot accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product with a defect, we are here to help make it right. Simply send an email to help@throughtheword.org and include a photo of the defect within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you. We appreciate your understanding and your support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us using that same form.

Refunds
